Zero-PII Consumer Scans
Shoppers verify products instantly in any mobile browser without downloading apps, creating accounts, or revealing names, emails, or phone numbers.
TrustQR
TrustQR TrustQR is engineered from the ground up to protect brands against counterfeiters while strictly respecting the fundamental privacy rights of European citizens under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Shoppers verify products instantly in any mobile browser without downloading apps, creating accounts, or revealing names, emails, or phone numbers.
IP telemetry captured during verification scans is salted and cryptographically hashed immediately. It is used purely for counterfeit cluster detection, never for behavioral profiling.
In full accordance with Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR, we only collect the bare minimum transient telemetry necessary to validate product authenticity and stop packaging clones.
European enterprise data is processed within EU-based data centers with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and robust Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Traditional anti-counterfeiting systems often rely on proprietary mobile apps that harvest invasive user data, location histories, and personal profiles. TrustQR rejects this model entirely.
Our verification platform operates on the core principle of Privacy by Design (Article 25 GDPR) and Data Minimization (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR). When an end consumer scans a TrustQR code in a pharmacy, supermarket, or retail store, no personally identifiable information (PII) is required, collected, or stored. Consumers authenticate goods anonymously, and brands receive cryptographically secure duplicate scan detection without tracking human identities.
